The Newark School Board meeting will still be held tonight, Monday, February 8, at 6:30 p.m. in the Newark High School Library.

Have a Heart, Give a Book
It is never too early start reading to a child. Do you have any books that parents can read to children, newborns through age five? Throughout the month of February, the Newark Teachers Association (NTA) is spearheading a book drive.
NHS Senior a Candidate for Presidential Scholar
Newark High School senior Alex VanAtta is a candidate for the 2010 Presidential Scholars Program, one of the highest honors bestowed upon graduating high school seniors. He is the only candidate from Licking County.
