Citizens of the Month, March 2018

Every month, Newark City Schools honors 28 students in grades 4 through 12 in each of our buildings as Citizens of the Month. Students are chosen not only for their work inside the classroom, but also their leadership outside the classroom. This month's luncheon was sponsored by the Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral and Cremation Service. Thank you to the Liberty Middle School Stage Band for performing improv during the lunch. Congratulations to all of this month's students. You can view a photo gallery on Facebook at this link.
