Smiling with Hope Bakery receiving state, national recognition
Published 6/1/2014The Smiling with Hope Bakery at Newark High School, a bakery run by Walter Gloshinski and his special needs students, has been getting attention recently in statewide and national publications. Articles on the program — and especially its delicious pizza — have been written for Serious Eats and industry magazine, PMQ Pizza Magazine’s May issue.
