Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) - Traditional and School Based Mentoring provides quality one-to-one mentoring relationships for youth, ages 6-18, facing adversity, often those of single-parent and/or low income households or families where a parent is incarcerated. “Littles” achieve measurable outcomes, including educational success, avoidance of risky behaviors, higher aspirations, greater confidence and better relationships.
 
- Scouting instills leadership, character values, self-reliance, teamwork, and physical fitness for boys (6-20) and girls (ages 14-20). The program is divided into Cub Scouting (ages 6-10), Boy Scouting (ages 11-18), Venturing and Career Exploring (co-ed, ages 14-20).
 
Girl Scouts of Ohio’s Heartland Council - Leadership Development builds girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Girl Scouts engages girls (ages 5-17) in discovering themselves and connecting with others and gives girls the tools they need to be successful leaders now and throughout their lives.
 

Goodwill GoodGuides - uses evidence-based approaches to mentoring and job readiness to target youth (ages 12-18) who are at-risk for juvenile delinquency, teenage pregnancy, and dropping out of school. GoodGuides helps youth build self-esteem, learn to set goals, feel more invested in their school and community, and stay in school.

Licking County Family YMCA - Preschool provides quality programming for children (6 weeks to 5 years) in a safe, loving and inviting environment that allows children to explore and discover new things at their own developmental pace. School Age Childcare and Summer Day Camp provides quality, affordable care for children (6-13) that develops and nurtures social competencies, positive identity and the five values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility and faith.

Mental Health America - Youth Engaged in Service (Y.E.S.) is a resiliency-based safe haven for after school and summer hours. YES helps youth (ages 11-18) be responsible decision makers, participate meaningfully in their school and community, recognize and value diversity, be healthy, have confidence in their school performance and get along with others.

Our Futures in Licking County - promotes simple, proven interventions in schools and the community that promote student safety, academic achievement and the development of healthy and productive youth, while reducing risk factors associated with youth substance abuse, crime, violence and school drop-outs. The Good Behavior Game introduces and reinforces positive behavior, reduces student disruptions and increases engaged learning time. PAX Notes are written recognition of students doing the right thing. Families United unites families to address youth substance abuse. Triple P – Positive Parenting Program provides parenting support to reduce child maltreatment. Reward & Reminder recognizes business owners and establishments that refuse to sell alcohol or tobacco to minors.

Pathways - Professional Development Center (formerly Child Care Connections) works with programs, providers and community agencies to provide high quality early learning experiences for young children through professional development, resource lending libraries andtechnical assistance.

Salvation Army - Power for Life after school program for at-risk teenage girls provides mentoring, tutoring and programming that builds self-esteem; supports abstinence; teaches budgeting, good nutrition, fitness, life skills and conflict resolution.

United Way of Licking County - Born Learning provides parents and caregivers with tips and advice to create quality early learning opportunities and draws on volunteers to build Born Learning Trails in the community.
