Step right up for a heartwarming night of laughter, music, and nostalgia as our talented high school cast brings You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown to life! Showtimes are 7 p.m. on Nov. 14, and 2:30 or 7 p.m. on Nov. 15. Tickets are $11 for adults or $7 for students and seniors.

NCS seniors! Do you need help applying to colleges? Attend the College Application Blitz on Thursday, October 30 any time from 12:30pm to 4pm in the NHS Aux Gym and receive assistance to complete and submit your application to ANY college or technical school! Also, admissions representatives from over 30 different schools listed below will be available to assist you with their applications and most will offer fee waivers!

Newark City Schools celebrates 31 students every month who are recognized for doing the right thing. The students and their families are honored during a luncheon that is sponsored by a local business and features entertainment from a group within the district. The October luncheon was sponsored by The Midland Theatre and Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral Home. Newark High School’s Sinfonia Orchestra performed during the event.
