Effective Starting Date: 2025-2026 school year
Additional Information: Funded through 21 st Century Grant
Interested staff members must respond in writing to the Personnel Office via hand delivery or e-mail no
later than 4:00 p/.m. of the last day of the posting. Positions will be posted for 5 working days
(Vacancies that occur in July shall be posted for 3 days, August 1-September 1 will be posted for 1 day
before being filled.

 

Qualifications:
● Prefer candidate with education background
● Acceptable to the Building Principal and Coordinator of Special Programming
● Strong skill set in excel & google
Salary: dependent on qualifications
Contracted Days: 183 (follow school calendar for teachers)

Adjusted daily hours – evenings required - 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Duties:
● Reports to the Coordinator of Special Programming
● Provides Onsite Supervision of the ASA program
● Helps in providing required information to submit to ODE – data management and compliance for
grants
● Works to staff the programs, provides coverage or finds substitutes when needed
● Assists in providing Professional Development to the ASA staff
● Is visible in buildings and community
● Provides needed materials to ASA programs
● Works with the Coordinator of Special Programming on budgeting and purchasing of materials
● Acts as liaison between home/school/community agencies
● Acts as a resource re: community agencies and available services for families
● Becomes familiar with relevant aspects of students’ background knowledge and experiences
through record reviews, conversations with staff and students
● Develops positive relationships with students, parents/guardians and staff
● Provides positive approach to problem-solving with students
● Is knowledgeable of district policies and procedures and acts accordingly
● Communicates effectively with building principal, supervisor, and community agencies as necessary
● Assumes responsibility for her/his own continued professional development
● Maintains necessary documentation of cases and outcomes and completes required paperwork on
time
● Ability to work with students to develop community service projects
● Other duties as assigned
