NCS Partners with FinalForms for registration, back-to-school forms

We are excited to announce that Newark City Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management platform, for all online district forms moving forward. The district has used FinalForms for athletics forms for many years, and will now use the platform for new student registration and back-to-school forms.

FinalForms saves student and parent data from year-to-year, meaning that you won't need to enter the same information twice. FinalForms pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. Additionally, parents will now have a single sign-in for all of their students for academic and athletic forms.

You may review your data at any time to verify that it is current. Parents will be required to sign forms once per year and after any update.

All current parents with the district will receive a confirmation email from FinalForms on Tuesday, May 27. Please follow the information in that email to set up your account. If you already have an account for a student athlete, this process should connect your existing account to your academic forms and other students.
