Dave Warner is founder of Little Arrows Play Cafe and Engage Newark and has lived in Newark since 2007. He is a 2000 graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a BA in Music. He earned his Master of Ministerial Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2010.

His community involvement includes PTA treasurer and president at Hillview Elementary, helping to complete the walking track project and other various activities. He has served with the Heritage PTA, worked with various athletic teams coaching and helping and most recently serving as a guest teacher regularly since 2020. Davd also works as a coach for people starting up small businesses and nonprofits, recently helping individuals in the Newark area recovery/reentry community to get their ideas off the ground.

His wife, Bethany is an RN and manager at Licking Memorial Hospital and together, they have two daughters, Abby, a 2023 NHS grad currently at Kent State and Sarah who is in the NHS Class of 2025.
