Pastor Tim Carr has been a minister at Northside Baptist Church since September 1995, serving as Senior Pastor since October 2004.
Tim graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Journalism and from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Religious Education.
Appointed to the board in December 2008, Tim served one year. In November 2011, he was elected to the board for a four-year term. Since 2012, he has served on the board at C-TEC, beginning a new three-year term starting January 2020.
Tim is marred to Lora. Their children Andrew and Allyson attend Newark City Schools.
