Newark City Schools now offers online student registration and back-to-school forms. Please click the above link to find the Online Forms page. If you are filling out your back-to-school paperwork, your username is your child's student ID; your password is your child's birthdate in MMDDYY format. Please log in with that information. If you are registering a student new-to-the-district, you would click on "New Student Registration" and create a new account.
If you do not know your student's ID, you may contact the district office at 740-670-7000, or your child's school during regular business hours.
The forms can be filled out using any Internet-connected device. The forms are pre-filled with existing information from our student information system, and replace most of the paper forms parents previously filled out at the beginning of the school year.
